We carry a constantly updated database of approximately 15000 candidates representing the "nec plus ultra" of hospitality management worldwide. A careful review is conducted of the client's organizational plan, job requirements, gross remuneration package, timing, geographical location and special requirements. This ensures that realistic and appropriate recruitment criteria are established for each project. A consultant assigned to a specific search, will review all potential candidates identified through direct recruitment, data search, specialized advertising or web postings. Selected candidates are, a short list is presented to the client along with all supporting documentation which may include factual resumes, preliminary references and supporting material and a statement or report as to why the candidate is suitable for the position, pre-screened to determine their suitability for each position. This process may include personal or pattern telephone interviews. Upon completion of the interview stage, ITC may assist with verbal offers of employment or formalized offers of employment. Quite often, we become a party in the negotiation process and will ensure that excellent candidates are not lost due to an inadequate offer. As requested, we will coordinate specialized testing which may include psychological or handwriting tests.
As a general rule, we should be able to provide a shortlist of candidates within 10 working days of any assignment being confirmed to us.
In order to move the recruitment process along as swiftly as possible, we appreciate prompt feedback. This also enables us to maintain the interest of candidates and is likely to assist in achieving a successful outcome for each assignment.
What fees and guarantee do you offer?
A contingency search firm, we earn our fee only if and when a candidate introduced by us has been hired by our client. Our fee then amounts from 14% to 20% of the candidate's first year gross salary. It depends of the position.We guarantee all our placement during the trial period.Should a candidate placed by ITC Company resign or be terminated
